How do I reserve my rental equipment?
Contact our office and speak with a representative to place your order. We will send out a contract and once this has been returned, with your deposit, your item(s) will be reserved. No contract, no equipment. Deposits are non-refundable.
When do I make my final payment?
Final payment is due prior to delivery, or on delivery with pre-approval. Otherwise, no equipment will be installed. If picking up items, payment is due on pick-up.
How far in advance do I have to place my order?
As soon as you know your date and the equipment you would like to reserve, we recommend that you call us and book your event. Our equipment is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
When do you deliver?
We will work with you on delivery dates and times. However, we cannot always guarantee you will receive the exact date & time requested as we must work around multiple events at any given time.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery charges will apply and are HST applicable. Delivery fees are subject to change based on current gas prices.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once equipment has been reserved, and the client chooses to cancel the equipment, the customer will pay 50% of the rental price. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days of the event, the customer will be charged 100% of the rental price.
Will I be credited for equipment I return unused?
No. Once equipment has been reserved and rented, you will be charged 100% of the rental cost.
Do I have to wash glassware?
No. We request all glassware be returned, empty, and in their storage crates. We wash all glassware using a regulated, commercial dishwasher.
How do I care fo linens?
Table linens should be counted and returned in the laundry bags PROVIDED. Never mix wet and dry linen and never place linen in a plastic garbage bag. Mildew damages will be charged back to the customer, as will burn marks, or any other preventable damages. Food must be shaken off or a service charge will be charged if Par-Tee Rentals has to do this.
What are the costs on breakages of equipment/loss of equipment?
Costs for breakages and/or losses occur on a per-item basis. The customer will be charged for any damaged equipment or equipment not returned. The customer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage to Par-Tee Rentals’ equipment. If damage is caused by the customer or their guests, the customer undertakes the cost of repair, or the replacement cost of the actual item, should repair not be possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, and Cash.
